Contest Rules
Complete a free entry form. This form is your entry in the random drawing to be held no later than September 26, 2010. The winners will be announced at the Southern Siding 2010 Anniversary Party. Your chance in the drawing is not contingent upon you making a purchase. The entry must be completed in its entirety. You must own your own home, be over the age of 18, and reside in our geographical area to be eligible. Only one entry per household per event will be entered.
Contest ends no later than September 26, 2010. Winner will be selected in a random
drawing. Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail. The winner must claim prize
within 30 days of receipt of notice. Order for siding must be placed within six months of
the end of contest. Southern Siding reserves the right to hold additional drawings at an
earlier date, which will increase the odds of winning.
All prizes guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of winning are based upon the number of
entries received. Description : Winner receives: 1st prize 2009 Chevy HHR -2nd prize
Houseful of vinyl siding (30 squares valued up to $15,000)- 3rd prize $500.00 cash.
Siding will be professionally installed by Southern Siding employees, not sub-contractors,
and are backed by warranty
Southern Siding will report the prize and name of winner to the IRS in accordance with
government regulations. The winner will receive a 1099 from Southern Siding and is
responsible for any taxes.
